This year, Kali Uchis is releasing not one, but two albums. The singer informed fans of the wonderful news on Twitter.
She started by retweeting a tweet from April 2022 as a quote. When asked what her fans wanted first, she replied, “My third album & the next are both finished, one is an English album, and the other is a Spanish record.” And most recently, “Dropping both in 2023,” she said.
New music by Uchis has been in the works for some time. She had disclosed in January of last year that she was almost done with one of the LPs. She tweeted at the time, “Just finishing my record and minding my business.” After that, she embarked on a tour with Tyler, The Creator, with whom she had previously worked.
