Since the birth of her children, according to Jennifer Lopez, moving in with husband Ben Affleck in 2022 was her happiest year.
The Shotgun Wedding actress, 53, talked about the “emotional change” while promoting her new film with co-star Josh Duhamel during Lopez’s appearance on Today on Monday.
It’s been an extremely emotional change because “we moved in together, the kids moved in together,” Lopez said to Today. It’s been a wonderful year, but at the same time, all your dreams are coming true.
The couple, who have been dating for a year, announced their engagement in April 2022 and got married in July 2022 in Las Vegas, calling it the “best year, I think, since my kids were born.”
Max and Emme, who are 14 years old, are Lopez and Marc Anthony’s twins. Children born to Affleck and his ex-wife Jennifer Garner include Samuel, 10, Violet Anne, 17, and Seraphina Rose, 13.
Duhamel, 50, joked with Lopez during their conversation that he has “probably loved [Affleck] longer than you have.”

In April 2021, Lopez and Affleck restarted their affair. A year later, they announced their engagement.
